When Shareholders Take Decisions

General Meeting

At the General Meeting – the most senior executive body of the company – the shareholders take fundamental decisions on behalf of Nationale Suisse. They can ask questions about developments and events in the year under review, and the members of the management teams report on their activities.

The General Meeting appoints the members of the Board of Directors and the auditors and also decides on whether to approve the annual report and financial statements, appropriation of profit and on stipulating or amending the Articles of Association. You can find all the important information about General Meetings on this page.
