A Company in the Best Hands

How Nationale Suisse is Organised

The Nationale Suisse Group is a group of companies under the management of the bodies of the parent company - the Swiss National Insurance Company. The expert, dedicated and experienced members of the management bodies ensure that Nationale Suisse is managed well and responsibly.

The bodies of Nationale Suisse, as stated in the statutes of the general assembly, are the  governing board and the auditors – the executive board, under the chairmanship of the CEO (Chief Executive Officer), is responsible for operative management.

The General Assembly elects the members of the Governing Board and the auditors and decides, among other things, on whether to approve the annual report and the annual financial statement. The Governing Board has the final power of decision, with the exception of the powers reserved by law for the shareholders, and it appoints the members of the Executive Board – including the CEO.
